These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Soul Analyse website and the purchase of products from us. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Placing an Order

Once you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement email confirming that we have received it.

This email does not constitute acceptance of your order.

A legally binding contract between you and Soul Analyse is only formed when your order has been dispatched.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order before dispatch for any legitimate reason, including those set out in these Terms.

3. Pricing

Whilst every effort is made to ensure pricing is accurate, errors may occasionally occur.

If we discover an error in the price of any product or in the application of any promotion before your order has been dispatched, we reserve the right to:

• cancel the order;
• refuse the order;
• contact you with the correct pricing and offer you the opportunity to proceed.

If payment has already been taken, a full refund will be issued.

4. Promotions & Discount Codes

Discount codes remain the property of Soul Analyse.

Unless expressly stated otherwise:

• only one discount code may be used per order;
• discount codes cannot be combined with any other promotional offer;
• discount codes cannot be combined with automatic promotions;
• discount codes cannot be exchanged for cash;
• discount codes cannot be applied retrospectively.

We reserve the right to withdraw, amend or disable any promotion at any time without notice.

5. Incorrect Promotional Discounts

Occasionally technical or system errors may result in promotional discounts being incorrectly applied.

Where multiple promotions or discounts have been applied in a way that was not intended, we reserve the right to:

• cancel the order;
• remove the incorrect discounts;
• refund the order in full.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• multiple promotional codes being combined;
• discounts stacking incorrectly;
• automatic promotions applying in error;
• pricing errors caused by software or third-party applications.

6. Misuse of Promotions

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders where we reasonably believe promotional offers have been misused.

Examples include:

• creating multiple accounts to obtain discounts;
• using promotional codes intended for another individual or group;
• exploiting technical issues;
• manipulating the checkout process;
• combining offers contrary to their intended use.

Repeated misuse may result in future orders being refused.

7. Right to Refuse Orders

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order before dispatch where:

• products are unavailable;
• payment cannot be authorised;
• pricing errors occur;
• promotional errors occur;
• fraudulent activity is suspected;
• abuse of promotional offers is identified;
• we reasonably believe the order has been placed in bad faith.

Where payment has been taken, a full refund will be issued.

8. Product Availability

All products are subject to availability.

If an item becomes unavailable after purchase, we may cancel or partially fulfil the order and refund any unavailable items.

9. Delivery

Delivery estimates are provided for guidance only.

We are not liable for delays caused by:

• Royal Mail
• courier services
• customs
• weather
• industrial action
• events outside our control.

10. Returns

Our returns policy complies with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.

Customers have 14 days from receipt to notify us of their intention to return unwanted items and a further 14 days to return them.

Returned items must be:

• unworn;
• unused;
• in their original condition;
• in their original packaging where possible.

Personalised items are non-refundable unless faulty.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

11. Faulty Products

If your item develops a manufacturing fault, please contact us with photographs and your order number.

Where a fault is confirmed we will repair, replace or refund the item in accordance with UK consumer law.

12. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including photographs, product descriptions, branding, logos and designs, remains the property of Soul Analyse.

No material may be copied or reproduced without written permission.

13. Limitation of Liability

Nothing within these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

Subject to applicable law, Soul Analyse shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this website or our products.

14. Privacy

Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details of how personal information is collected and processed.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
